Designed to treat a wide variety of waste materials, CIW, milk cartons, bottles and cans ... thanks to it's auger transmission system the revolution 150 ™ process machine is able to reduce the volume and weight of industrial production waste on site. At the end of the emptying, wringing and separation process, the containers and contents are separated to facilitate their recovery. The contents will be reused in industrial lines, in composting, anaerobic digestion, amendment… while the containers will be recycled.

The VERSION 150 machine is designed for easy disassembly to allow the washing of the various parts. Automatic rinsing by CIP is possible as an option. It is easy for operators to use.

Despite its small footprint (<3m3), it can treat around 4m3 / hour depending on the input for a minimum extraction rate of 90%.
